On 2 October 2021, St. Peter’s parishioners gathered to help Arlington neighbors by making safety and other improvements to their home. This is St. Peter’s 33rd year of working with Rebuilding Together Arlington/Fairfax/Falls Church (RTAFF) and a predecessor organization, Christmas In April, to improve a local home—and the 35th house we’ve done. We installed safety equipment, provided new appliances for the kitchen, and made other inside repairs, while lots of yardwork transformed the outside. Arlington County Board Chair Matt de Ferranti, a big supporter of RTAFF, stopped by to talk to us at lunch, as did RTAFF CEO Patti Klein. Photos from the day are below.
